How tuition works
We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the room and the schedule. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room and age, and on the schedule you choose: three mornings in the toddler room, five mornings, or the school day. Our figures are on our enrollment page, and we go through them with you after a visit.

Registration
A registration fee covers the enrollment file and the first set of materials. It is due when you apply, and the enrollment page says what it is.
Holding a place
A place is held once we have your enrollment agreement and a deposit, and the deposit goes toward the first month's tuition. When a room is full, families join the waitlist for that room, and offers go out in the order families joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly and paid by autopay through our parent portal. If another arrangement would help your family, tell us when you visit.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether Ohio's child care assistance works with our tuition. We will tell you plainly what we can and can't do, and we would rather you ask before you apply.
Siblings
When a second child joins, we handle tuition for the family differently. The enrollment page explains how, and we go through it with you.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a child leaves, so that we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment agreement says what happens to a month in progress.
Materials and other costs
Outside tuition there are two costs: materials for the year, and the few outings the kindergarten year takes. Each is named on the enrollment page with what it covers.

Talk through tuition at a visit
We go through the figures with every family, in the room, after you have seen it.
